Bandaid Box

I wish I could be a band aid box
Covering your scars and cuts
Heal your wounds and make it alright

It drips from my veins, It flows.
I don't know why I did this, and I don't want to.

But that's a lie, I'm evil.
I know it, I have caused pain to people.
To the one I loved the most, now that person is gone.
I didn't want to cut, I don't want to die.

But I can't find the strength to move on
I can't lie to myself, I know I'm not a nice person.
I deserve this, I keep telling myself that
But somewhere in the back of my head, there is a voice, screaming stop.

That voice, it makes me cry.
It's the voice of all my friends combined, all those who care.
