They say that every scars tells a story
Well, then I'm a fucking history book

The Darkness In Me

The darkness embraces me
I'm getting cold
The darkness inside of me
It's so very old

You have made it grow
It has found its way
You have made it show
And it won't go away

Those words they beat me
I'm in pain
For lies they feed me
Its in vain

I know the truth
I'm the one to blame
But my darkness within
It won't go away

I hope someone will cast a light
On my shattered heart
I hope someone will love
This monster I'm

Without light, there is no shadow
Without good, there is no bad
Without death ,we wouldn't be alive
And without hate, we wouldn't feel love

Of how, I couldn't see

Depressed and suicidal

Responsibility isn't my thing
I wouldn't be able to watch my offspring
knowing what they would face, a dying world
And a hope, left for dead

I want to stay young
I want to be unknowing
For in the end
Being stupid, will make it easier
To accept the end

If you could see me now
You would know I'm not the same
But you won't give me a chance

I know I'm not perfect
You don't have to say it twice
But my imperfection is me

I can't be your knight
That armor is too heavy for me
You will find someone else, stronger and free

That person will be free
Until you corrupt him
With this idea of perfection

To be imperfect
Is the be perfect
That's how you're yourself

And didn't you always say
Be yourself?

Yeah, I couldn't be something my ex wanted, and if I changed into that person I wouldn't be me, and she always said that she loved me for who I'm but in reality she had this idea of a perfect boyfriend and that was one of the reason me and her fell apart........

BUt something burns down for another thing to bloom

That's how life is and you do not learn that fire is hot, untill you burn yourself on it ^^

From a girls perspective: often our view of perfect is just what our bf is. He (you) may think that we have this unrealistic view of you but in reality it's everything that you are that we find to be the "perfection" even if it's not actually perfect. A totally perfect guy would be.... well boring and dull. Just a two-cents from a girl who's been given the cold shoulder for being misunderstood and thought to have "unrealistic expectations" even though I knew the guy wasn't perfect. :/ So yeah...

Then we have different experiences cause if you knew my ex you would know that she didn't think I was even close XD She tried to change me everyday we were together, kinda funny when I think about it. I know not everyone's like that but I wrote from experience and well, that was my experience XD
